【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofstationaryelectriccookingranges,hobs,ovensandsimilarappliancesforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutral,and480Vforotherappliances.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount#–persons(includingchildren)whose??physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or??lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.$
