【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgiveselementstoestablishmethodsformeasurementandcalculationofquantitiesassociatedwiththeassessmentofhumanexposuretoelectric,magneticandelectromagneticfields(EMF)inthefrequencyrangefrom0Hzto300GHz.ThemajorintentionofthisBasicStandardistogivethecommonbackgroundandinformationtorelevantEMFstandards.ThisBasicStandardcannotgointodetailsextensivelyduetothebroadfrequencyrangeandthehugeamountofpossibleapplications.ThereforeitisnotpossibletospecifydetailedcalculationormeasurementproceduresinthisBasicStandard.ThisstandardprovidesgeneralproceduresonlyforthoseproductandworkplacecategoriesforwhichtheredonotexistanyrelevantassessmentproceduresinanyexistingEuropeanEMFbasicstandard.IfthereexistsanapplicableEuropeanEMFstandardfocusedonspecificproductorworkplacecategoriesthentheassessmentshallfollowthatstandard.IfanapplicableEuropeanEMFstandarddoesnotexist,butanapplicableassessmentprocedureinanotherEuropeanEMFstandarddoesexist,thenthatassessmentprocedureshallbeused.Thisstandarddealswithquantitiesthatcanbemeasuredorcalculatedinfreespace,notablyelectricandmagneticfieldstrengthorpowerdensity,andincludesthemeasurementandcalculationofquantitiesinsidethebodythatformsthebasisforprotectionguidelines.Inparticularthestandardprovidesinformationon?definitionsandterminology,?characteristicsofelectric,magneticandelectromagneticfields,?measurementofexposurequantities,?instrumentationrequirements,?methodsofcalibration,?measurementtechniquesandproceduresforevaluatingexposure,?calculationmethodsforexposureassessment.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumbasicsafetyrequirementsandtestmethodsforprotectiveclothingincludinghoods,aprons,sleevesandgaitersthataredesignedtoprotectthewearer'sbodyincludinghead(hoods)andfeet(gaiters)andthataretobewornduringweldingandalliedprocesseswithcomparablerisks.Fortheprotectionofthewearer’sheadandfeet,thisInternationalStandardisonlyapplicabletohoodsandgaiters.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforhandprotection.Thistypeofprotectiveclothingisintendedtoprotecttheweareragainstspatter(smallsplashesofmoltenmetal),shortcontacttimewithflame,radiantheatfromthearc,andminimizesthepossibilityofelectricalshockbyshort-term,accidentalcontactwithliveelectricalconductorsatvoltagesuptoapproximately100Vd.c.innormalconditionsofwelding.Sweat,soilingorothercontaminantscanaffectthelevelofprotectionprovidedagainstshort-termaccidentalcontactwithliveelectricconductorsatthesevoltages.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwoclasseswithspecificperformancerequirements(seeAnnexA),i.e.Class1beingthelowerlevelandClass2thehigherlevel.--Class1isprotectionagainstlesshazardousweldingtechniquesandsituations,causinglowerlevelsofspatterandradiantheat.--Class2isprotectionagainstmorehazardousweldingtechniquesandsituations,causinghigherlevelsofspatterandradiantheat.DetailsaregiveninTable1andAnnexB.Foradequateoverallprotectionagainsttheriskstowhichweldersarelikelytobeexposed,personalprotectiveequipment(PPE)coveredbyotherstandardsshouldadditionallybeworntoprotectthehead,face,handsandfeet.
