【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoindustrialradio-orhigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationsusedforthepurposeofthermalapplicationssuchasheating,assemblybymelting,meltinganddryingofpartiallyconductiveornon-conductivema-terials,suchasplastics,wood,rubber,textiles,glass,ceramics,paper,foodstuffs,etc.,inbothnormalandprotectiveatmospheres,using,forexample,inertgasorvacuum.Thisstandardrelatestohigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationsinthefrequencyrange1MHzto300MHzforpowerlevelsof50Wandabove.Comprisinghigh-frequencygeneratorsandcapacitorsforthesubstancetobeheatedwhich,accordingtotherequire-ments,mayalsocontainthenecessarymechanicaldevices.Themainpurposeofthisstandardistoassistincompliancewiththerequirementssetoutin6.4ofIEC519-9,whentestingelectro-heatingpowersources.Itisnotprimarilyintendedasameansofrepresentingapotentialhigh-frequencyheatingapplicationfortherequirementoftheuser.Duetothelargevarietyofdielectricheatingapplications,anyoutputpowerfiguresobtainedasaresultofthesetestsshouldnotbetakenasrepresent-ingtheamountofpowerthatcanbedissipatedintoaparticulardielectricheatinginstal-lation,butincertaininstancestheoutputpowerfigurescouldbeusedasanindicationofperformance.Theamountofpowerrequiredtoheataproductwillbedependent,forexample,onthetypeofmaterial,temperatureandmoistureandontheconstructionoftheelectrodesystem.Thisstandardrelatestoequipmentnormallyoperatingundercontinuousratedconditionsandwheretheoutputterminalsareeasilyaccessible.
