【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesastandardizedprocedureforevaluatingperformanceofceramicfloortileinstallationsunderconditionssimilartoactualspecificusages.Itcanbeusedtomakecomparisonsbetweencustomarybasicinstallationmethods,toestablishtheinfluenceofminorchangesinaparticularinstallationmethod,andtojudgethemeritofproposednovelmethods.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationofceramicfloortileinstallationsystems,usingtheRobinson-typefloortester.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedsolelyforevaluatingcompleteceramicfloortileinstallationsystemsforfailureunderloadsandnotforevaluatingparticularcharacteristicsofceramictile,suchasabrasionresistance.Thistestmethoddoesnotclaimtoprovidemeaningfulresultsforotherthanevaluatingcompleteceramicfloortileinstallationsystems.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Themetric(SI)unitsinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
