【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumprocessforcreatingallformsofuserdocumentationforsoftwarewhichhasauserinterface.Suchformsofdocumentationincludeprinteddocumentation(e.g.usermanualsandquick-referencecards),on-linedocumentation,helptextandon-linedocumentationsystems.ThisInternationalStandardconformswithISO/IEC12207:1995,Informationtechnology—Softwarelifecycleprocesses,asanimplementationoftheuserdocumentationpartof6.1:Documentation.Ifeffectivelyapplied,thisInternationalStandardwillsupportthedevelopmentofdocumentationwhichmeetstheneedsoftheusers.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforusebyanyonewhoproducesorbuysuserdocumentation.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletonotonlyprinteddocumentation,butalsohelpscreens,thehelpdeliverysystem,andtheon-linetextanddeliverysystem.Seethebibliography.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforuseinatwo-partysituationandmaybeequallyappliedwherethetwopartiesarefromthesameorganization.Thesituationmayrangefromaninformalagreementuptoalegallybindingcontract.ThisInternationalStandardmaybeusedbyasinglepartyasself-imposedtasks.NOTEAnnexBprovidesfurtherguidanceontheuseofthisInternationalStandardinacontractbetweenacquireranddocumenter.
